Job Summary:
Provide leadership and management to all nursing personnel and ancillary personnel within an assigned area or units in a clinical setting. Manages all clinical functions and operations of the assigned area or units. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of clinical patients are and services and ensures compliance with administrative, regulatory and clinical policies and procedures. To perform job duties in accordance with the medical center''s purpose.
Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in nursing and five (5) years of RN experience, two (2) of those years in a leadership role.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required:
Valid RN license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical experience in area to be supervised/managed preferred.
