Schedule: Monday - Friday, 36 hours weekly.
Join a dedicated outpatient nursing team at Compass Health, where compassion meets clinical excellence. Whether you're a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you'll play a critical role in supporting clients on their path to recovery through coordinated medication clinics and whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run behavioral health medication clinics, including pre-visit assessments and vitals
- Administer IM medications, dispense samples, and maintain accurate medication logs
- Complete documentation for medication management, psychiatric consultations, and quality metrics (e.g., Metabolic Screens, DLA’s)
- Assist with prior authorizations, refills, side effect monitoring, and medication education
- Perform venipunctures and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Cross-train and support clinics in other regions as needed (travel coordinated by Supervisor)
- Communicate regularly with Clinical Providers and Customer Relations staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure clinic cleanliness
- Participate in occasional Saturday clinic rotation (approx. 4 times per year)
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Nurse LPN
• High School/GED required
• Practical Nursing certificate required
Nurse RN
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• A valid MO driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
• Knowledge of medical office terminology, procedures, and equipment preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Missouri-issued nursing license required
• LPN, RN, or GPN/GN must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
