This is a full-time, benefit eligible position, the schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

As a Nurse LPN Clinical Triage, you’ll play a vital role on our integrated, person-centered care team—supporting patients, providers, and the broader care experience. In this position, you’ll assess patient needs, coordinate timely access to care, and provide clinical support that helps keep our clinics running smoothly. Whether triaging calls, supporting medication refills and prior authorizations, or assisting with in-clinic care, your work will directly contribute to improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and triage incoming calls to determine urgency and appropriate scheduling
- Support providers and patients with medication refills, prior authorizations, and clinical questions
- Prepare patients for exams, including collecting histories, vital signs, and documentation
- Perform clinical procedures such as venipuncture, urinalysis, EKGs, and immunizations
- Provide patient education to support understanding and wellness
- Coordinate follow-up care, including outreach to patients who miss appointments
- Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and proper sterilization protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and support medical records management
- Uphold patient confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
• Associate degree in nursing or completion of a practical nursing program required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least three (3) years of triage experience in an adult or pediatric medical office setting required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Medical EHR software required
• Demonstration of excellent customer services skills in person and on the phone required
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
LPN, licensed in Missouri required
