4Ever Young Scottsdale is looking for a Nurse Injector (RN or NP) who wants the time, the freedom, and the right patients to actually do this work the way it was meant to be done.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're a skilled injector who actually cares about outcomes. You're not chasing volume — you're building something. You know a patient's name, their goals, and their timeline. You think about their whole picture, not just what's on the treatment menu today.

You're also naturally social. When you see someone in the waiting room or chatting with the team, you're the person who introduces yourself, asks about their wellness journey, and genuinely lights up when the conversation turns to how aesthetics could complement what they're already doing. That's not sales to you — that's just who you are.

You want 2–3 focused days a week — 16 to 24 hours — where every patient gets your full attention and every relationship is worth investing in. The schedule is intentionally manageable. What you do with it is up to you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Formal aesthetic injector training and at least 2 years of hands-on injecting experience

• A warm, natural ability to connect with people

• Perform neurotoxin, filler, Sculptra, and Radiesse treatments with the time and care every patient deserves

• Operate InMode Morpheus8 and contribute to integrated aesthetic and wellness treatment plans

• Get to know the wellness patients in the clinic — naturally strike up conversations, learn their goals, and introduce what aesthetics could do for their journey

• Follow up with leads and past patients to stay top of mind and keep your schedule growing in a way that feels authentic to you

• Educate patients on how aesthetics, peptides, HRT, and IV therapy work together — and build protocols that serve their long-term goals

• Think in terms of the whole patient relationship — not just today's appointment

• Collaborate with the clinical team, so every patient feels like one practice is taking care of their whole health

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active Arizona nursing license (RN or NP) — non-negotiable

• Patients remember you long after they leave

• Experience with or strong interest in Sculptra, Radiesse, energy-based devices, and peptide-integrated protocols

• You think about the whole patient — their goals, their timeline, their long-term results — not just the treatment in front of you

• Genuinely curious about wellness, longevity, and whole-person health — this is a lifestyle for you, not just a job

• You take care of yourself — clean eating, staying active, and personal discipline are already part of how you live

• Coachable, collaborative, and energized by being part of something that's genuinely growing

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Hourly rate: $60/hr

• Commission and performance incentives on top

• Schedule: 2–3 days per week, flexible weekdays

• Hours: 16–24 hours/week

• Location: Modern facility in Scottsdale, AZ
