Job Description Summary:
The Director of Med/Surg Telemetry & Neuro-Ortho Services provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for two inpatient nursing units, overseeing 24/7 operations to ensure exceptional patient care, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This leader is responsible for driving clinical performance, workforce engagement/staffing, budget and continuous process improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Drives quality and performance improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Working closely with physicians, executive leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, the Director develops and executes departmental strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals to deliver outstanding patient experiences and nationally recognized clinical outcomes.
