- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care).
- Healthcare/managed care industry experience required.
- Case management experience preferred; CCM certification a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
