Nurse / Caregiver Recruiter

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse/Caregiver Recruiter to join their team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified local caregivers and private duty nurses to support their growing home care operations. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare recruitment and understands the compliance requirements of licensed home care agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified caregivers and private duty nurses

• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

• Verify credentials, licenses, certifications, and background requirements

• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations

• Maintain accurate candidate records in our EHR system (WellSky Personal Care)

• Utilize company software systems including Dropbox, Dropbox Sign, DocuSign, and Microsoft Teams

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers

• Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to meet staffing needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience recruiting caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and/or private duty nurses

• Experience working with licensed home care agencies is a plus

• Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and healthcare EHR platforms

• Comfortable using digital documentation and e-signature tools

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of state regulations related to home care staffing

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

• Strong networking and sourcing abilities

Full-time

Pay = $20-25/hr
