NURSE ASSISTANT
2 West Post Op is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team! We are a busy 30-bed post-op unit.
We prefer a Nursing Assistant with previous hospital experience who has a great work ethic and a stable past work history. This position is for a rotating shift with every other weekend off.
This position is NOT the same as a Medical Assistant position.
The job duties include:
• Taking vital signs and reporting abnormalities to the nurse • Assisting patients with turning • Toileting and bathing • Assisting the nurse when necessary
The patient population consists of post-operative orthopedic, neuro and general medical surgical patients.
