Responsibilities: Assist with ADLs (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility) Monitor and report vital signs and patient changes Maintain a safe, clean environment Respond to call lights and assist with admissions, discharges, and transport Document care accurately Expectations: Must be kind, compassionate, and patient-centered Support patients and families during emotionally challenging situations Work effectively as part of a team Qualifications: CNA preferred Inpatient experience preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
