Hennepin Healthcare has a current full-time 1.0 FTE opening for a Nurse Anesthetist CRNA to provide anesthesia care to trauma, surgical, medical, pediatric, obstetric patients, as well as several NORA sites. We offer a flexible schedule. CRNAs typically work an 8, 10, or 12-hour day shift and are also scheduled for 16 and 24-hour call shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

CRNAs at Hennepin Healthcare are paid an hourly rate coinciding with years since licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider as follows:

Tier 3: 7 years - $137/hour

Hennepin Healthcare is one of the few organizations in the Twin Cities with an Advanced Practice Professional Center dedicated to the growth and support of APPs. The APP Center leadership members work together to promote and advocate for the 300 APPs at the organization. In addition to offering professional development, free ME opportunities, and ongoing communication to all APPs, the APP Center includes a lounge exclusive to APPs with a work room, conference room, and snack/beverage area.
