We are seeking an experienced CRNA to provide exceptional anesthesia services at the North Coast Surgery Center. Required Skills:
- Active California RN license and CA DEA certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proven experience in anesthesia care within a hospital or surgical center setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to cover at least 2 weeks or more per month, Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm
- Guarantee of 8 hours per day with overtime applying after 8 hours
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in outpatient surgery centers
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
- Bilingual skills a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- At least 2 years of current clinical experience in anesthesia practice
- Recent case logs demonstrating active anesthesia practice
- Gaps greater than 3 months in employment must be explained
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to adhere to travel reimbursements and policies
- Up-to-date CV with all hospital affiliations uploaded during application
- Compliance with privileging requirements and submission of relevant documentation
- Travel: Reimbursements are provided for airport parking and approved rental car policies; travel to and from home, airport, and lodging is at the candidate’s expense unless otherwise specified
