What You'll Need:
- Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience in administering anesthesia across diverse procedures
- Strong understanding of patient assessment, anesthesia planning, and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with surgical teams and patients
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient care
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with advanced anesthesia techniques or specialized patient populations
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient demographic
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
- Prior experience in hospital or surgical settings is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start as soon as possible with a schedule running Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, for an initial 30-day engagement
- Willingness to travel or adapt to travel reimbursements if applicable
- Compliance with all licensing, certification, and regulatory standards
