A quick intro - I'm a Clarkson alumnus - BSN & DNP.
I am seeking a temporary in-home aide to assist my father-in-law, who will be staying with us for an undetermined amount of time while we coordinate spine surgery through Nebraska Medicine. He is cognitively intact and very pleasant, and is able to ambulate with a cane/walker.
Position details:
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Hours: Approximately 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or up to 4:00 PM
Duration: Temporary - could be up to a few months (minus hospitalization during surgery and possible rehab)
Responsibilities: Primarily assistance with ambulation and general supervision for safety, meal prep for lunch
Environment: Calm home setting; significant downtime available for studying
Compensation: $20/hour
