Job Description - Employment Term 200 days

• Fully Certified Elementary Education, Early Childhood, Primary, or Multi-Subjects K-5;
• Minimum 5 Years Successful K-5 Teaching Experience;
• Mandatory Training July 20-22, 2026 in Charleston, WV;
• Knowledge of K-5 WVCCR Standards, Mathematical Habits of Mind and evidence-based practices such as CRA Pathway;
• Master's Degree preferred;
• Experience facilitating student-centered coaching cycles;
• Experience with school-level data collection and accountability for grant reporting;
• Experience in supporting adult learners
