Basic Job Functions:
The Maintenance Manager for the Galvanizing Lines is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and continuous improvement, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. This role drives continuous improvement, manages team development, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Leadership:
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Maintenance Management:
Monitor spare parts inventory, equipment reliability, and support implementation of corrective actions to maintain machine reliability.
Oversee maintenance performance and training development.
Oversee CAPEX deployment collaborating with the Engineering Department.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain product integrity.
Cost & Resource Control:
Oversee department and area cost control methods and cost reduction improvements.
Team Development:
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for skill development.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives for process optimization, efficiency, and reliability.
