Job Duties
Intake
Meet with assigned complainants and respondents to discuss and provide information regarding applicable university processes, available resources, interimmeasures, reporting, and resolution options.
Investigations
identifying and interviewing involved parties and witnesses, gathering and assessing information relevant to the investigation, and applying relevant policies and procedures to determine the most appropriate course of action.
Training, Education, and Outreach
harassment, sexual misconduct, and ADA.
Case Management
Maintain detailed records of reports and assigned cases utilizing a case management system.
Additional Duties
Facilitate interactive process for employees seeking ADA and religious accommodations.
Facilitate interactive processes for students seeking religious and pregnancy-based accommodations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
