Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution and strategic oversight of our real estate ventures. You will act as the central administrator for our project knowledge base and research initiatives, ensuring our team is equipped with cutting-edge market intelligence.

Every day, you will conduct vital research on real estate market trends, property valuations, and development opportunities, providing crucial insights to project teams. You will also analyze and consolidate complex project metric and financial data, transforming it into clear, impactful executive summaries for leadership review.

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable recommendations. You will also possess outstanding communication and coordination abilities, enabling you to effectively manage information flow and support diverse team activities.

  • Organizes, attends and participates in project team meetings including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking issue identification and resolution.
  • Develops project reporting and indicates red flags for scope and budget issues.
  • Assists with the setup of capital and expense budgets including coordination of CIP accounts.
  • Assists with ongoing budget management.
  • Manages the purchase order requisition protocols for Project Delivery.
  • Manages project status within the project management information system.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Associates Other and 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, healthcare facilities management, and/or project management
