Step into a role where technical mastery meets customer focus. As an NPI Sales Applications Engineer, you will guide product development programs from the first sketch through successful production, ensuring clear scope, on-time execution, and competitive, margin-aware proposals.

A day in this role

• Kick off with cross-functional huddles to confirm scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules.
• Bridge design engineering and operations to prepare for New Product Introduction (NPI), aligning on manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation.
• Build cost models, quotes, and process routings; translate them into pricing and delivery estimates that meet target gross margins.
• Present clear project documentation—reports, schedules, and technical specifications—to stakeholders and customers.
• Track progress against plan, surface risks early, and provide regular updates on performance and milestones.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement to boost speed, quality, and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of project engineering (or similar) within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid command of project management principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and with customers.
• Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
