This role supports New Product Introduction efforts by ensuring inspection strategies, measurement systems, and quality documentation are production‑ready. You'll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality products from launch through production.

Description
- Develop and edit CMM programs using PC‑DIMS and MCOSMOS
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to define inspection strategies
- Select fixturing, tooling, and setups to ensure accurate, repeatable measurements
- Review and verify inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and customer requirements
- Perform MSA and gage R&R studies to validate measurement systems
- Create and maintain quality documentation including control plans, inspection plans, FAI, and PPAP
- Ensure quality documentation meets contract, customer, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with engineering, machining, and quality teams during NPI and production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Profile
- Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience required
- Strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint reading skills
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100
- Experience with statistical tools such as SPC or Minitab
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
