What Drives Success:

The NPI Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role oversees a team of engineers and technical staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives while aligning production capabilities with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic direction with day-to-day execution.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and support staff

  • Plan, prioritize, and assign projects based on team strengths and business needs

  • Drive manufacturing engineering initiatives to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering and production

  • Review product designs for manufacturability and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency

  • Lead cost reduction efforts across assembly processes and plant operations

  • Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related environment

  • Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment

  • Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and process improvement

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation

  • Understanding of mechanical and manufacturing engineering principles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Leadership and team development capabilities

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk the manufacturing floor for extended periods

  • Ability to stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures

  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We Offer:

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $122,000 - $160,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
