Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Primary Care Associates Mechanicsville as the practice continues to grow alongside one of the fastest-growing communities in the region. New grads are welcome to apply!

Details:
  • Outpatient-only primary care
  • Established patient panel with strong community reputation
  • Flexible and supportive team culture
  • Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Average patient volume: 18-20 patients per day after ramp-up
  • Light call schedule: approximately 1 week every 5 weeks
  • Telemedicine capabilities through Epic/MyChart
  • Opportunity to help meet growing community demand for primary care access

Practice Environment:

Candidate Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
