PAY RANGE:
Title Clerk positions in Texas are averaging approximately $19 $25+ per hour depending on experience
Automotive Office Managers in Texas are averaging approximately $58,000 $80,000+ annually depending on experience and dealership background

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process automotive titles and registrations accurately
Handle DMV paperwork and compliance
Dealership accounting and administrative support
Accounts payable/receivable assistance
Office organization and reporting
Support management with day-to-day dealership operations
Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Automotive dealership experience preferred
Title clerk and/or office management experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and computer skills
Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership software experience is a plus
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
