- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting residents’ daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Position Summary
As an STNA, you will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while working closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Support mobility needs such as transferring, repositioning, and ambulation
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight)
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Respond promptly to resident call lights
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with the care team to support resident well-being
Qualifications
- Active Ohio STNA Certification (Required)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout shift
- Must be able to lift, move, and transfer up to 50 lbs. regularly
