What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide trauma-informed, youth-centered care while working collaboratively within an integrated team.
Clinical Services
Provide individual, group, and family therapy
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Support youth with mild to moderate mental health needs
Care Coordination
Collaborate with peer support specialists, education & employment staff, and community partners
Facilitate referrals and warm handoffs to appropriate services
Connect youth to healthcare, education, and community resources
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and confidentiality standards
Team Collaboration
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and reflective practice sessions
Contribute to a collaborative, youth-centered team environment
Outreach & Engagement
Support youth engagement efforts and community outreach
Help reduce stigma and increase access to mental health services
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience providing therapy to youth or young adults
Strong skills in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Experience with clinical documentation and treatment planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in integrated or multidisciplinary care settings
Background in youth mental health, early intervention, or prevention models
Experience working with underserved or diverse populations
Bilingual in Spanish or another language (preferred)

$110,000 annual salary
