Hours: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm or 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

As a Jr Contract Coordinator, you'll be a key part of streamlining contract workflows, maintaining accurate data across multiple systems, and assisting with essential administrative tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with team members to process agreements, update schedules, and manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You'll Do
As a Jr Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Processing service agreements from initiation to completion quickly and accurately.
• Utilizing web-based systems such as DMS, SharePoint, and CRM to input data and manage records efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating the Preventive Maintenance scheduler to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Performing precise data entry to keep logs, reports, and tracking systems up-to-date.
• Handling confidential customer information with utmost discretion.
• Assisting sales operations with processing bookings and commissions.
• Supporting team members with administrative duties to ensure seamless workflow.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience supporting administrative or clerical tasks.
• Familiarity with web-based systems such as CRM or SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Background check clearance is required.
