Job Title: 3rd Shift Extrusion Machine Operator
Pay: $23 - $23.50 per hour
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday through Thursday)

Working closely with your team and supervisors, you'll help deliver top-quality finished products in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a 3rd Shift Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Setting up and operating various extrusion machinery based on production orders.
• Monitoring machine operations, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting issues to ensure peak performance.
• Checking raw materials and finished products during production for quality assurance.
• Collecting samples for quality testing and documenting results accurately.
• Labeling, packing, and preparing finished products for shipment or storage.
• Keeping a clean and safe work environment by following OSHA safety standards.
• Wearing personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary.
• Assisting team members and supervisors with additional tasks to meet production targets.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• About 2 years of experience operating extrusion or manufacturing equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; certifications in manufacturing are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work safely in a manufacturing setting.
