Current Priority Shifts:
• Weekdays (flexible afternoons, approx. 4pm–8pm): Dementia support in a memory care setting
• Sat–Tues (10am–2pm): Client requiring Nurse Delegation, including diabetes management

Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
- Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
- Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
- Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support
- Additional care may include support for clients with dementia and/or specialized medical needs based on assignment
Qualifications:
At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
- CNA or HCA, or able to get certified within 120 days from date of hire
- Nurse Delegation (including diabetes care) strongly preferred for select cases
- CPR certification required
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration)
