Entry-Level Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to work instructions.
• Load and unload materials into machines.
• Monitor equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic quality checks on finished parts.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime.

Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements.
• Document inspection results accurately.
• Identify defects and report quality concerns.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality.
• Follow quality procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous quality or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed (average 50–60 hours per week).

Work Environment

• Clean manufacturing facility.

• Exposure to heat during summer months.

• Moderate to high noise levels.

• PPE Required:- Steel-toe boots
