Join The Black Hammock — a one-of-a-kind waterfront destination on Lake Jesup with thrilling airboat rides, live alligators, exotic birds, and lakeside dining famous for our fried gator tail, catfish, and homemade desserts. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver great food to guests who come for adventure and flavor.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts

Schedule amp; Pay:

• Starting at $18
• Restaurant hours (closed Mondays; evenings and weekends required)

What We’re Looking For:

• Kitchen or cooking experience required (2-3 years minimum)
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
• Food safety knowledge a plus
