Okie Staffing is hiring Banquet Servers to support top hospitality clients across Tulsa. If you enjoy working events, providing great guest service, and being part of a fast-paced team—this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests during events
- Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions
- Set tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and proper temperature
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow direction from Banquet Captain and attend pre-event briefings
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and OSHA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth eve
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
- ABLE license and alcohol server training required (or willingness to obtain)

- Black rubber-soled (non-slip) shoes
