Southern Team AutoMall (Roanoke)  &  Southern Team Nissan New River Valley (Christiansburg)  ·  Full-Time  ·  On-Site  ·  Reports to the General Manager

This is an on-site role requiring current automotive dealership experience. We strongly prefer candidates already in the Roanoke / New River Valley area and will consider those genuinely committed to relocating here.

For 37 years, Southern Team has been a market leader in the Roanoke Valley — and we’re still growing. We’re hiring three exceptional Finance & Insurance Managers across our Roanoke AutoMall (Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, Nissan, and pre-owned) and our Southern Team Nissan New River Valley store in Christiansburg. We’re looking for proven F&I or dealership professionals with current automotive experience. If you’re a top closer who runs a clean, compliant box and wants to be paid like a champion, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver a consistent menu presentation to every customer and sell F&I products with integrity.
  • Secure lender approvals, structure profitable deals, and keep funding fast and clean.
  • Maintain 100% compliance and protect our customers and our CSI.
  • Partner with a strong sales team to maximize both volume and gross.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Current automotive dealership experience is required — F&I experience strongly preferred. Current dealership salespeople ready to step into F&I are welcome; applicants without automotive experience won’t be a fit.
  • Based in or near Roanoke or the New River Valley (Christiansburg), VA — relocation considered for the right candidate.
  • A track record of strong PVR and product penetration with clean compliance.
  • Familiarity with RouteOne / Dealertrack and major DMS platforms (we’ll train you on our proprietary Saturn DMS).
  • High integrity, sharp presentation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening.
