Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)

As a Repair Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our production operations by assembling and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety, and contributing to team efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals and uphold quality standards.

What You’ll Do
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling components accurately according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to complete precise assembly tasks.
  • Identifying different components and understanding the stages of the assembly process.
  • Conducting safety checks on equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Maintaining a steady pace of work independently and working effectively as part of a team.
  • Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors to achieve team objectives.
  • Standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks, including working overtime near month-end when mandatory overtime may be required.
  • Demonstrating physical dexterity necessary for hands-on assembly and maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and basic machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Skills in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly are a plus.
