ACLs are developing and using skills in a challenging and dynamic environment. They are an active part of the crew learning from the crew leader and taking on leadership responsibilities as they do so.
The ACL will have the opportunity to practice their leadership skills throughout the session as directed by the crew leader and cover for the Lead if the Lead is absent from the program.
Manage, supervise, and participate in all aspects of project work.
Maintain crew discipline, resolve conflict, and establish crew morale.
Provide support, assessments, and training to ensure everything is being completed in a safe, professional, and productive manner.
Safely completing conservation projects to high standards by training, working with, and supervising crews.
Effectively delegating responsibilities to make your crew as efficient as possible is a major key to successful leadership in our programs.
