$330k+ Family Practice CMO Role - Virginia

4-Day Workweek | Out-Patient| 12-18 Patients/Day

Position Highlights

Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek

12-18 patients/day for a manageable pace and quality care

Low call volume: fewer than 10 calls/month

Excellent support staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 NPs, and Front Office team

Compensation & Benefits

$300,000+ guaranteed base salary

$50,000 sign-on bonus

Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

$100,000 NHSC loan repayment eligible

Qualifications

MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Virginia medical license or eligibility

Comfortable treating all ages and performing routine primary care procedures

J-1 Visa sponsorship available
