Job Summary
The North Slope Infrastructure & Support Manager is responsible for managing Fairweather’s support services for drilling & wells activities on the North Slope including fixed assets operated by Fairweather. They are responsible for building, leading, and maintaining a team consisting of field-based operations personnel, field supervisory personnel, and office support staff.
Essential Duties
Identify business opportunities to provide drilling & wells support services to clients on the North Slope.
Support business development by securing contracts for Fairweather, LLC through client engagement, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and preparing Work Orders.
Monitor department financial health by managing department budget, forecast, revenue, and expenses.
Maintain strong relationships with client key stakeholders.
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on department work products.
Manage and develop field-based competency and training programs to promote operational excellence and a strong HSE culture.
Collaborate with other Fairweather Business Line Managers, such as Permitting & Regulatory and HSE, on services that incorporate multiple business lines.
Effectively and professionally communicate with all client representatives, key stakeholders, and staff.
Maintain Fairweather’s HSE standards, provide safety leadership, and drive a zero incident culture.
