We are seeking experienced, reliable House Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Central & Northern CA. These roles involve household organization, light home care, family logistics, meal prep, and occasional childcare or after-school assistance.
Key responsibilities include managing household inventories, coordinating with vendors, organizing spaces, planning meals, and supporting family schedules. Optional childcare may involve pickups, activities, and engaging with children.
Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, proactive, calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and able to build trust with families and children. Must have reliable transportation, pass background checks, and be vaccinated if required.
Schedules vary from part-time (10–20 hours/week) to full-time (30–40 hours/week), mostly weekdays between 8 am–6 pm, with occasional evening or travel support.
