Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Human Resources on behalf of a mission-driven behavioral health and housing organization based in Los Angeles County. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to build, stabilize, and professionalize people operations across a growing multi-site organization serving high-needs populations.
This role is ideal for a highly operational HR professional with deep expertise in California employment law, employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations and leave management, leadership coaching, and compliance-heavy environments.

This position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $150,000-$170,000 DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization.
