Private Wealth Management Analyst/Non-IT Project Analyst

Location: Clayton, MO Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00/hour (W2)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Private Wealth Management Analyst to support a high-volume lending and banking operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in banking, lending, credit operations, or financial services who are comfortable handling loan documentation, data management, compliance activities, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with internal lending and credit teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan requests while maintaining compliance with established banking policies and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage a high volume of loan applications and related documentation.
  • Review loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) activities and assist with customer due diligence requirements.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and loan information within internal banking systems.
  • Coordinate with internal credit, lending, and operations teams throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Communicate with internal business partners and external firms primarily through email.
  • Track loan pipelines and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely processing.
  • Support relationship managers and lending teams with operational and administrative activities.
  • Review financial and credit-related documentation to identify missing or incomplete information.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and internal operational procedures.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in banking, lending, loan processing, credit operations, or financial services.
  • Recent graduates with a Finance or Business degree and relevant banking internships will also be considered.
  • Basic understanding of banking products, lending processes, and financial documentation.
  • Experience with loan documentation, KYC, compliance, or credit support activities.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Private Banking or Wealth Management operations.
  • Background in retail banking, commercial lending, consumer lending, or branch operations.
  • Familiarity with loan processing systems and banking operations.
  • Experience working in a compliance-driven or regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
  • Standard business hours.
  • Hands-on training provided by the hiring manager during onboarding.
