Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Position Overview

A full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist opportunity is available within a well-established cardiology group serving a regional community. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers in a full-service cardiovascular program with access to comprehensive diagnostic services.

The position supports both outpatient and inpatient care, with a strong emphasis on coordinated, patient-centered treatment.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide non-invasive cardiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform and interpret a range of cardiac diagnostic procedures, including:
    • Echocardiography (including 3D)
    • Stress echocardiography
    • Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
    • Nuclear cardiology studies
    • Vascular imaging
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Participate in coordinated care across multiple clinical locations as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of:
    • Internal Medicine residency
    • Cardiovascular Disease fellowship with a non-invasive focus
  • Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted state medical license
  • DEA certification
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
