Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Up to 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including internships or related projects
- Familiarity with NDT methods
- Ability to secure ASNT or ISO certification
- Experience with CAD tools like SolidWorks
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality systems
- Adaptable to both office and workshop environments
Preferred candidates will have experience with NDT tools, ASNT Level II certification, and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with metals or heavy manufacturing is desirable, as well as experience with ERP or automated inspection technologies.
