ProDrivers is now hiring experienced Non-CDL Delivery Drivers for immediate openings in the Cincinnati, OH and Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking steady, full-time work with consistent routes and competitive pay.
Schedule & Pay
Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
Start time: 8:00 AM
8–10 hour shifts
$23.50 per hour
Position Overview
In this role, you will complete local deliveries using a box truck while providing high-level, white glove service. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism with customers, and the ability to safely handle and deliver products in residential and business settings.
Key Responsibilities
Complete local deliveries with a focus on customer service and care
Perform curbside, front door, and inside deliveries
Assist with loading when needed (driver helper available on select routes)
Handle freight weighing 100 lbs. or more
Perform light assembly on certain deliveries
Operate lift gates, pallet jacks, and dollies safely and efficiently
Manage touch freight on every route
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communication
Qualifications
Minimum 12 months of box truck or straight truck driving experience within the past 5 years
Prior delivery experience required, including white glove or final mile service
Acceptable motor vehicle record and accident history
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
