TeamHealth is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our dynamic hospital medicine team at West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala, Florida! This exciting role focuses on admissions, cross-coverage, and caring for acute inpatient medical needs. You'll enjoy a dedicated night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, working a 7-on/7-off block rotation that supports both work-life balance and career fulfillment.

• West Marion Hospital is a modern, full-service facility serving the growing communities of West Marion County
• 262-bed facility

Opportunity Overview

• 7-on/7-off block schedule
• Full-time nights/12-hour shifts

Typical nocturnist NP/PA responsibilities include

• Admissions: average of 8 to 9 per night between both sites
• Cross-coverage between two facilities (HCA Ocala and West Marion)
• Coordination of care with nursing and ancillary services
• Documentation and handoff to daytime clinicians
