TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our highly skilled hospital medicine team at St. Vincent's East in Birmingham, Alabama! This role is primarily responsible for admissions. The clinician hired for this role will work a night shift schedule from 6pm to 6am. St. Vincent's East is a 282-bed, full-service hospital with a Level III adult trauma center and 24/7 emergency care.

Level III adult trauma center and 24/7 emergency care
6pm -6am shift coverage
No solo clinician coverage is required; the nocturnist APC will work alongside a hospitalist physician and other APCs
No code coverage required
Experience as a NP/PA is preferred for this role
EMR: Cerner
Supportive and collaborative clinical environment
Position Details
Schedule: 7 days on/ 7 days off
Current rotation is Monday-Sunday
Shift: nights; 12-hour shifts
