- Work 168 shifts, not the normal 182 shifts... that's like having two extra weeks off compared to most other jobs.
- Nocturnist work with admitter support for part of the evening hours and tele-hospitalist support for most of the shift. You are there primarily to admit and round on sicker patients... not answer nursing calls all night.
