Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the NOA team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the processing of Notices of Admission (NOA) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
- Provide training and support to team members to foster professional development.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to NOA processing.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation for the NOA team effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of NOA processes and healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
