In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering high-quality workmanship and supporting a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. We will pay top dollar for a Nissan Master Certified Technician!!
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Use approved tools, equipment, and technical resources to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly and accurately
- Communicate repair needs, additional recommendations, and work status to service advisors or management as needed
- Verify completed repairs through testing and quality checks to help ensure safe vehicle operation
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area while following all shop policies and procedures
- Stay current on technical updates, repair procedures, and product knowledge through ongoing training
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, or mechanical service
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders, technical documents, and diagnostic information
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, where permitted by law
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturer-specific certification or training
- ASE certifications or other relevant industry credentials
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and repair software
- Prior dealership or manufacturer-authorized service center experience
