Urgent Nighttime Sweeper Operator Needed

Are you a night owl who thrives in a quiet yet productive environment? Do you enjoy maintaining cleanliness and order in every nook and cranny? Cutting Edge is looking to add a talented Nighttime Sweeper at our Boise location.

Responsibilities:

• The route will involve operating the Sweeper truck to scheduled stops and emptying trash cans, blowing off walk areas, picking up large trash on property and sweeping/cleaning the parking areas
• The truck driver positions require the ability to navigate traffic, be organized, able to log correct information and have alert driving senses, ability to get in and out of truck multiple times a night
• You will be provided a planned route of accounts to service and will be responsible to complete your work independently (no manager will be breathing down your neck all night)
• You will operate Parking Lot Sweeper equipment (trucks) and be required to inspect them daily to ensure safe operation
• You will work outside at times sweeping shopping plazas or store parking lots and you will use a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, change trash bags, and could walk 3-4 miles in a shift (if you dread sitting in a truck all day, don’t worry, you will get your exercise in!)
• Review scheduled routes assigned and be proactive and ask questions if route is unclear

Requirements:

• Ability to work the night shift
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• No formal education required
• Attention to detail and reliability
