Must be able to delegate tasks, resolve problems, and make sure that everything goes smoothly for everyone during a given work shift.<br/><br/><strong>Duties will include:</strong></div><ul><li>Monitoring daily employee performance</li><li>Ensuring quality production </li><li>Managing employee schedules.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to: </strong></div><ul><li>Manage employee schedules</li><li>Shifts and time off requests</li><li>Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress</li><li>Ensure daily production goals are met</li><li>Train and integrate new workers</li><li>Provide guidance</li><li>Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed</li><li>Resolve conflicts.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Experience: </strong></div><ul><li>Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role,</li><li>Full understanding of industry safety standards</li><li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the job</li><li>Working well with a team</li><li>Ability to multi-task and leadership skills.</li></ul><div><br/>We offer a great benefits package that includes:  401K, Health, Dental, Vision and other benefits.<br/><br/>If you are a candidate we want to talk with you.  Please apply directly to this ad or stop by M-F from 8 AM - 2 PM and complete an application.</div>
