The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during evening hours, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and team performance. This role plays a key part in coordinating staff, resolving operational issues, and maintaining efficient workflows in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead warehouse operations during the night shift

  • Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards

  • Coordinate staffing and assign daily tasks to meet operational goals

  • Identify and resolve workflow or operational issues in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment

  • Basic proficiency with computers, including email and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods

  • Ability to lift moderate weights

  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and maintain a safe work environment

Salary: $60,000/annually
