Nesco Resource is seeking a Quality Facilitator for our valued manufacturing client,, in Gray Court, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or quality experience who are looking to grow their career with a stable and innovative company.

Position Summary

The Quality Facilitator is responsible for supporting production by ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This role performs inspections, documents quality data, identifies process improvements, and works closely with production teams to maintain the highest level of product quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to production and leadership.
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Maintain quality equipment and inspection tools.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred.
• Textile or nonwovens manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read work instructions and product specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
